Wow, excellently made fractal you have here! I am just now starting to get into fractals(observation only :( ) I doubt I would ever be able to make one on my own. Anyways I was wondering if I could use this for an art cover to a youtube music video I am planning on posting? I would be sure to give you credit and link to your main deviantart page so don't worry!:w00t:

Hi. This kind of fractal is not actually that hard to make. I strongly encourage you to try making some on your own. I used Photoshop to overlay two fractals. There are two scripts you need: Julian Pearls and Julia Wires. Both are here on Deviant Art. IIRC, both are by ShortGreenPigg, but I could be wrong.

The main thing with Apophysis is the rendering time. I usually set it to render before I go to work for the day, or before I go to bed for the night. If you have an extremely good and very new computer, it may render faster. But it does take a few hours for a decent one to render. If you like the color blue, it's fairly easy to edit the gradients in Apophysis to get a blue one. You can also obviously edit the colors in Photoshop if you want to. To layer them, just add a layer and do an overlay with it.
